You Are Invited: Young American 44 Open House

You are personally invited to tour the completed Young American 44 Student-Designed and Student-Built home in Silver Spring, Maryland. As a student who participated in the Young American 37 home back in 2009, being able to be on the Board of Directors and play a role in the design of YA44 has been a full-circle moment for me.

The Montgomery County Students Construction Trades Foundation (CTF) and Montgomery County Public Schools cordially invite you to join us in celebrating a major milestone—the completion of the 44th Student Designed and Built Home in Montgomery County.

Over the past two years, students from high schools across the county have worked collaboratively through their CTE programs at Thomas Edison and Seneca Valley High Schools to design and construct a beautiful single-family home from the ground up.

Come meet the students, tour the home, and hear firsthand about their hands-on experience bringing this project to life. You'll also get an exclusive sneak peek before the home goes on the market!

Please RSVP here.

We hope you can join us to celebrate the students and the hard work that they put in to design and build this home!
